Food Safety
Food safety is a growing concern for consumers and it is undoubtfully one for us as well. Sunchef Foods Inc. is proud of the food safety initiatives implemented in our plant.
In fact, our company has joined the very exclusive list of establishments in Canada complying with the strict requirements of SQL – Level 2, complement to the HACCP standard already held by a small number of agrifoods companies in the country.
Our dedicated Quality Control team works endlessly to ensure our quality and food safety standards are met. Our constant efforts are being recognized year after year with mentions of excellence!
Animal Wellfare
Sunchef Foods adheres the code of ethics of the "Stratégie Québécoise de santé et de bien-être des animaux" of the MAPAQ, choosing to partner up with poultry companies who share the same values on animal welfare.
